1. TT (Telegraphic Bank Transfer): For first time buyers, we only trade via TT. We can work with you at very competitive prices. 50% bank transfer against order and balance 50% against Shipping Documents.

2. Part TT (Telegraphic Bank Transfer) and part LC (Letter of Credit): Once we have had the first trial deal successfully, we can then see how to schedule you on LC for the next shipment. In this case, we accept 30-50% TT payment against signed contract and balance against LC.

Take note that we are not Manufacturers. We are rather Distributors/Suppliers. Sales/Export entails a lot of pre shipment expenditures. We need to pay our end suppliers, packaging, we need to rent the containers/tanks, load the consignment, hire delivery trucks, inland transport/logistics, payment of freight charges, insurance cover as well as other incidental charges.

This is cost which needs to be taken care of by the Advance payment which we are requesting. Even if we take the goods from our end suppliers without paying based on our long term confidence, the other costs must be taken care of.

 

3. 100% LC (Letter of Credit): Once we have established a long term business relationship with a particular buyer, we can accept this form of payment.
  => We trade (CAD) Cash Against Documents: We trade with our long term buyers Cash Against Shipping documents. In this case, we take care of all the shipping expenses and send the original documents to buyer before they release payment to us. Please do not insist on this if you are a new Buyer.
 

4. Bitcoins: For fast/urgent transactions, we accept this form of payment depending on the country of origin of the buyer. See more on https://localbitcoins.com/
5. MoneyGram: This is equally acceptable for small and urgent payments. This is brought about by the delay in TT bank transfer from some countries.


6. PayPal Gift: We accept PayPal payment on as Gift to friends and families. This is because funds from our clients are required to facilitate the transportation/delivery of their goods.

 

7. For small orders/sales, payment is 100% TT bank transfer against order before delivery is scheduled. Delivery done within 2-5 Days after Confirming order and payment.

Please do not insist on any payment terms or procedure that contravenes the ones stated herein above.
